Only too easily overlooked
Changing mortgages to increase your borrowing or improve the terms of your borrowing is relatively straightforward.
Remortgaging your Home
Changing mortgages to increase your borrowing or improve the terms of your borrowing is a relatively straightforward process, but it does involve making sure firstly that the financial aspects are properly explained and, secondly, that the title to your home is secure. Our experience has shown that far too many lenders and borrowers have been happy to rely upon limited legal advice when remortgaging and problems existing with the title are only too easily overlooked. These issues only come home to roost when you try to sell. Our view is that the remortgage process should involve a full title health check to make sure any potential problems are rectified.
Our Fees
We will provide you with a fixed price quotation and we can offer flexible terms. Where it becomes clear that additional services allied to the principal transaction are required and you wish us to do the extra work, we will notify you in advance of the expected revision to the fees quoted.
For full details of our service and an estimate of our fees for helping you remortgage your home please call: Jane Kingston, New Business Manager or contact jane.kingston@franklins-sols.co.uk
