Employment Tribunal Claims
Although claims pursued to Employment Tribunals have decreased following the introduction of the statutory minimum Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures, unfortunately there are some matters that do still pursue to an Employment Tribunal. In such circumstances, we are happy to provide advice and assistance as well as representation.

Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Rights
As an employee, a person may have certain family rights. For example, when an employee either has their own child or adopts.
Sex, Race, Disability, Religion and Religious Belief
All employees have a high level of protection from discrimination. There is currently protection from discrimination in relation to sex, gender reassignment i.e. sex change, marital status, race, disability, sexual orientation and religion or religious belief.
This can be broken up as follows:
- Sex Discrimination
- Race Discrimination
- Discrimination on the grounds of Religion and/or Religious Belief
- Disability Discrimination
