In this flourishing and niche market we have extensive experience gained through acting for garden centre owners and buyers and suppliers to the industry. The team's work includes buying and selling garden centres and nurseries, corporate refinancing, design concession leases and licenses and drafting and negotiation of supply terms and property development.

Having built a strong relationship with members of the trade over a number of years and transactions, we have gained a unique insight and are particularly well placed to advise and assist with businesses in this sector.

Our Corporate Partner Andrea Smith heads up the team and has negotiated and acted in relation to sales and purchases, both share and asset, of garden centres and horticultural centres. We have advised on and drafted numerous commercial agreements and supplier contracts.
