Enter into a Deed of Variation
It is possible to enter into a Deed of Variation within two years of the date of death of the deceased.
What is a Deed of Variation?
If you are the beneficiary under a Will and you do not wish to receive your share of the estate, it is possible to enter into a Deed of Variation within two years of the date of death of the deceased. This can redirect the share due to you to a further beneficiary. Again, if relevant this is something we would be able to advise you fully.
