The Role

The LLP would be interested in hearing from applicants who are able to demonstrate their organisational skills and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake postal duties for the Firm in accordance with our internal procedure
  • To work within the Compliance Team
  • Use of the Firm office management system
  • Providing support across the Firm, where required
  • Inputting data entry
  • To assist with reception duties including answering the phone when required.
  • Archiving duties

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • To be able to communicate effectively.
  • To work in a methodical and accurate manner
  • Presentable with an excellent telephone manner.
