Yameen Rahman

Yameen graduated from Coventry University in June 2020 with an LLB Law degree and is currently studying the LPC LLM part-time at the University of Law in Birmingham. He is scheduled to complete the LPC in June 2026 and intends to obtain a Training Contract.

Yameen is an experienced Paralegal as he previously worked at Franklins for two years in the busy New Homes conveyancing department. He then left Franklins for a brief stint to work in-house at a FTSE 250 company where he gained experience in debt recovery litigation before returning to Franklins this summer to join the residential conveyancing team.

• All aspects on a Sale file – enquiries, title checking, reports, redeeming charges, completion.
• Confident advising FTB’s, investors, and meeting clients and agents.
• Dealing with compliance and built relations with leading estate agents from Northampton and Towcester.

CQS accredited 2023 – I rejoined this summer after the 2024 exams were sat.

Outside of work. Yameen is a big Liverpool FC fan and enjoys football. He likes to travel to different countries and hopes to attend the 2034 FIFA World Cup in Saudi Arabia. He also enjoys networking with like-minded professionals and local businesses.
