Sushma Mahey

Sushma joined the Private Client team in 2024 after having worked for firms in the Midlands for most of her career.

Having always worked within Private Client, Sushma has found a passion for helping people to make their Wills and Powers of Attorney, and assisting families deal with administration of estates following the death of a loved one.

As an experienced member of the team, Sushma believes in taking time to get to her know her clients to enable her to best understand their motivations and objectives.

Sushma deals with:

• Wills and Powers of Attorney (Lasting & General)
• Estate Administration (with or without a Will)
• Court of Protection applications (when there are capacity issues and no Power(s) of Attorney)
• Inheritance Tax Planning (including Deeds of Variation)

In her spare time, Sushma enjoys being in her garden with her collection of much loved roses, as well as travel.
