The Role

We are looking for a Paralegal with experience in commercial property, however we will also consider applicants with a strong residential conveyancing background who are used to working within a busy department, meeting deadlines and managing client expectations.

The position would suit somebody who is approachable, flexible, confident and who has a good eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Following up new enquiries
  • Opening files
  • Digital Dictation
  • Preparing reports
  • Updating clients and contacts both in person and over the telephone
  • Handling completions
  • Post completion work

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, show flexibility and prioritise workloads in a calm and consistent manner.
  • The candidate must be able to work in an open plan, friendly but fast paced and professional environment.
