The Role

To facilitate and support our ambitious plans, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for the development of strategic campaigns, ensuring that they are delivered within budget and to timescales whilst also monitoring the effectiveness of the campaigns.

You will be responsible for the delivery of projects, from concept through to inception and reporting on the outcomes of campaigns and marketing tactics to the board of Directors.

Main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Creating, implementing and evaluating marketing plans for specific areas of the business and cover the different range of marketing tactics.
  • Develop a creative content strategy for specific areas, identifying key audiences with defined messaging and supporting the production of content including PR, blogs, news, videos, podcasts, social media etc.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of routes to markets, segments, key-driver, customers, potential customers and competitors within each segment so that campaigns are targeted and deliver value and competitive advantage.
  • Use analytics data to review and understand the effectiveness of campaigns, be able to identify and introduce improvements and report on return on investment.
  • Event planning and management; both virtually and in person.
  • Work closely with the board of Directors and manage third party consultants and agencies to maximise opportunities for the business.
  • Manage the marketing budget.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role with proven record of creating and implementing a marketing plan.
  • Educated to degree level or hold a Level 6 or Level 7 CIM Qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering targeted marketing communications and reporting on the effectiveness of such.
  • Experience in targeting both B2C and B2B.
  • Adhere to the Firm’s compliance obligations.
  • Maintaining personal training and development.
