The Role

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of residential conveyancing knowledge, with preferably a minimum 5 years relevant experience. The applicant will be able to manage an existing property team, be responsible for managing their own case load and fee income, work well under pressure and have the ability to secure new work.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.
  • Proven experience in managing case load, coupled with strong client care skills.
  • Successfully complete 40 plus cases a month.
  • Manage and develop a small team.
  • Adhere to the Firm’s compliance obligations.
  • Maintaining personal training and development.
