The LLP would be interested in hearing from applicants who have worked ideally in a legal environment. The successful candidate will be supporting the Firms Head of Business services and other Commercial Property members as and when required. The position would suit someone who is approachable, flexible, confident, accurate and has an eye for detail. Ideally the candidate should be used to dealing with a busy and varied workload with an ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prepare correspondence and documents from members of the team
- Prepare client documentation
- Time recording all work undertaken
- Use of the Firm office management system
- Checking and working in accordance with the task list and diary reminders
- Providing cover for other members of the team when they are absent
Required Skills and Experience:
- To be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Presentable with excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work to deadlines, show flexibility and prioritise workloads in a calm and consistent manner
- The candidate must be able to work in an open plan friendly but fast paced and professional environment
