The Role

The LLP would be interested in hearing from applicants who are able to demonstrate their organisational skills and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • To work within the Business Services department
  • Undertake postal duties on a rota basis
  • Use of the Firm office management system
  • File opening / Closing
  • Compliance
  • Dictation
  • Invoicing
  • Providing support across the Firm, where required
  • To assist with reception duties including answering the phone when required.
  • Archiving duties

  • To work in a methodical and accurate manner
  • Presentable with an excellent telephone manner.
