The Role

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate their organisational skills and prioritisation of work. Be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a team environment, being flexible, proactive and using their initiative at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • File correspondence and prepare and create Client documentation
  • To engage with Clients and business associates over the telephone and by email
  • To be able to demonstrate the ability to work on both sale and purchase files from the point of file opening to completion under supervision. This will include liaising with other solicitors, lenders and estate agents at various stages of the transaction and other tasks for which full training will be given
  • To work in accordance with our regulators and the Firms accreditations

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, show flexibility and prioritise workloads in a calm and consistent manner.
  • The candidate must be able to work in an open plan, friendly but fast paced and professional environment.
