Mohibul (Mo) has five years of conveyancing experience in both residential and new build homes. He studied at the University of Northampton and obtained his Bachelor of Laws qualification (LLB).

Mo is a team player who thoroughly enjoys assisting fellow colleagues with any legal and general queries that arise during transactions, and often helps with training the team when the opportunity presents itself. He loves meeting with clients and personally aiding them through any complex matters and issues which might arise, and to ensure clients receive a high level of satisfaction throughout their matter.
As well as his LLB, he’s a qualified sports therapist.
Outside of work Mo enjoys exploring new places to eat, he’s a bit of a foodie! And tries to balance this out by going to the gym a few days a week. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Yameen graduated from Coventry University in June 2020 with an LLB Law degree and is currently studying the LPC LLM part-time at the University of Law in Birmingham. He is scheduled to complete the LPC in June 2026 and intends to obtain a Training Contract.
Yameen is an experienced Paralegal as he previously worked at Franklins for two years in the busy New Homes conveyancing department. He then left Franklins for a brief stint to work in-house at a FTSE 250 company where he gained experience in debt recovery litigation before returning to Franklins this summer to join the residential conveyancing team.

Outside of work. Yameen is a big Liverpool FC fan and enjoys football. He likes to travel to different countries and hopes to attend the 2034 FIFA World Cup in Saudi Arabia. He also enjoys networking with like-minded professionals and local businesses.
Nisa has a Bachelors Degree in LLB Law, and graduated from the University of Buckingham in 2022 with a Second Class Degree.
Nisa has been working in Residential Conveyancing for two years.

Ben started his career within the property industry in 2002 and has helped thousands of clients move home in Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. Having worked in the south of Spain for a short while Ben returned to the UK and joined Franklins in 2018 as our New Business Manager.

Brook has over 5 years of experience working in the conveyancing industry. Outside of work he likes to spend time with his young son.
Kamilah studied Law at Northampton University for 3 years. She has worked within the legal sector for over 2 years starting as an Usher in the Northampton County and Crown Court then moving to Franklins and working within the conveyancing sector.
Kamilah deals with:
- A full range of conveyancing transactions that being Freehold and Leasehold properties
- Enquiries on auction properties
- Meeting clients to take instructions and take documentation
- Helping progress matters by maintaining contact with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders, developers.
Kamilah is a gym fanatic and enjoys going on long hikes. She also loves to travel the world and experience different cultures.
Lauren studied Law at the University of Northampton. After graduating in 2019, she joined Franklins in 2020 and has now qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer.
Lauren focuses on residential sales and purchases, as well as remortgages and has a degree in Law.
In her spare time Lauren enjoys going on summer holidays and spending time with family and friends.
Sharon studied and passed the Council for Licensed Conveyancers exams in Contract Law, Property Law and Practice, and now specialises in the following areas:

In her spare time she likes reading, walking and holidays. Sharon also likes going to the gym, swimming and spending time with her granddaughter and family. She also looks after five fur babies.

Claire’s professional qualifications includes an ILEX Certificate in Legal Studies plus in-house training.
Outside of work, Claire enjoyed bike riding, yoga and pilates, plus socialising with family and friends.
Lucy has over 4 years’ experience within residential conveyancing after joining as an apprentice in a local law firm in 2017. She joined Franklins in 2019 and has since progressed in her role as a Paralegal.
Working within residential conveyancing, Lucy deals with a full range of conveyancing procedures from commencement to completion of transactions and helping to progress matters by maintaining contact with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders and estate agents.
Outside of work Lucy volunteers as an Army Cadet Instructor and loves to take frequent trips to the cinema. Most importantly she spends as much time as she can with her two cats, Lenny and Nelly.
