Grant has completed the LPC and also an LLM in law at Nottingham Trent with his dissertation on the strain AI and Big Data puts on the law and how it broadly impacts society.

Grant works in the Residential Conveyancing team dealing with the sale and purchase of residential properties, and post-completion conveyancing.

Outside of work Grant likes to read books, from Fantasy and Sci-fi to Philosophy and the classics. He likes to visit castles and manors houses and explore local points of interests. He also loves running, gaming, exploring different countries and being creative.

Caroline has over 30 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.

Rebecca joined Franklins Admin Department in 2015 before moving over to work within the Corporate Department in 2016. In 2017 Rebecca transferred to Scott’s team in Residential Conveyancing where she has been gaining experience since.

Rebecca deals with a wide range of areas within conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases from inception to completion. Rebecca likes to ensure that she maintains a high level of communication with her clients, estate agents and third parties.

Outside of work Rebecca enjoys a bit of retail therapy together with spending time with her family and friends, and of course her new kittens George and Ted.

Felicity is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer with twenty years’ experience in the conveyancing sector. Historically she has worked within conveyancing departments and specifically within the Compliance Team to assist with the resolution of complex conveyancing matters.

Felicity specialises in Lifetime Mortgages and specific leasehold matters.

Felicity has an excellent work ethic and a strong belief in client focus which enables her to cater to individual needs whilst providing the relevant support and outcome for each and every client. Felicity prides herself on the service she provides.

Outside of the office, Felicity likes spending time with her family, walking and exploring new places.

Leanne Harris joined Franklins in December 2018 as a Senior Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing Department of our Milton Keynes Office.  Due to her hard work and commitment Leanne was promoted to Junior Manager in October 2020.

Prior to joining Franklins,  Leanne graduated from London Metropolitan University with a 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Criminology.  Leanne began her conveyancing career in 2014, obtaining experience at other Local Firms.  

Outside of work Leanne enjoys walking her Labrador Winston and spending time with Friends and Family.

William graduated with a 2:1 Law Degree from Leicester University. He subsequently joined Franklins in September 2016 as a paralegal within Scott Wright’s residential conveyancing team in the Northampton office.

Whilst working at Franklins, William has also undertaken the Legal Practice Course (LPC) on a part-time basis and was rewarded for his hard work in July 2019 achieving a distinction. William started his training contract with the Firm in July 2019 and qualified as a Solicitor in July 2021. He went on to establish his own Residential Conveyancing Department and was appointed an Associate Partner in April 2025.

Outside of work, William is a keen sports fan and big Liverpool FC supporter. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Lucy Toomer joined Franklins in 2018 as a Senior Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing Department of our Milton Keynes office. Due to her hard work and high level of commitment to client service, in January 2020 Lucy was promoted to Manager.

Prior to joining Franklins, Lucy graduated with a 2:1 LLB Law degree from Nottingham Trent University. Lucy started her Conveyancing career in 2013 obtaining experience at other local firms.

Outside of work Lucy enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Throughout her career Sarah has had a number of conveyancing roles at other firms, where she gained valuable experience in her chosen sector. And in September 2016, Sarah joined Franklins as a Senior Paralegal in the Northampton Residential Property Department, where her prior knowledge and experience have proved instrumental. Having flourished in the role of Senior Paralegal, Sarah has now been promoted to Manager.

Sarah has an excellent work ethic and believes in building a strong rapport with her clients and catering to their individual needs, priding herself on providing exceptional customer care and service.

Outside of the office Sarah enjoys going to the gym, partaking in some retail therapy and occasionally spoiling herself with a spa day.

Scott joined Franklins Solicitors LLP in September 2004 as an Assistant Manager in our Milton Keynes office. Within the space of 18 months he was transferred to his hometown and our Northampton office to create his own Residential Conveyancing Department. The department is now established as one of, if not the leading, conveyancing teams in Northampton with Scott’s reputation and ability clearly defined.

Away from the office Scott is dedicated to his young family and spends quality family time swimming, walking and playing. Being interested in all aspects of fitness from conquering peaks to mountain biking his real sporting passion is football. This does come as more of a word of warning, as Monday may not be the best time to catch him depending on the weekend results!

Scott overseas the New Homes teams, managed by Candice Spencer and Kris Raca from our Northampton office. With over 30 years experience in New Homes the team strives for excellence in every client transaction and prides itself on a high level of client care.

Lee joined Franklins in 2000 as a Legal Executive in our Northampton branch. He transferred to our Milton Keynes office one year later to head up one of our Residential Conveyancing departments. Whilst building his reputation as one of Milton Keynes’ leading conveyancers he spent two and half years studying and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2005 and is now Head of Residential Conveyancing.

Lee would describe himself as a family man, happily married to wife Katie. Together they have two children, Ellie and Jacob.

When Lee isn’t in the office he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
