Danijela has completed her three year law degree at Nottingham Trent University and went on further to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Birmingham with a view to becoming a solicitor. Danijela joined the firm in October 2022 as a Paralegal in our Private Client Team. She undertook her first seat in Private client and her second seat in Employment. She is currently undertaking her last seat in Litigation.
Danijela has also had experience in commercial property and residential property.
In her spare time, Danijela enjoys going to the gym/crossfit regularly and spending time with her friends and family.
George has over 29 years experience in civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive and Commissioner of Oaths in 2003.
George studied with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and gained a Fellowship. George originally joined the firm in 1994 before leaving in 2003 and then rejoined in 2023 in what he describes as a 20 year holiday.

George provides a no nonsense approach to resolving disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible. George puts Clients at ease with a calm approach, understanding the issues and getting to grips in obtaining an effective solution and outcome to the most toughest of disputes.
Outside of work you’ll often find George trying to become a backgammon grandmaster, reading lots of weird and wonderful books, going to concerts, travelling on city breaks and constantly explaining to his four children how great the 80’s was.

Nieve has just qualified as a Solicitor having obtained her Law Degree at the University of Northampton and then her Master of Laws and Legal Practice Course at BPP University.
Nieve deals with a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including;
- Commercial and residential property evictions;

- Boundary disputes;
- Neighbour disputes;
- Contract disputes;
- Defamation;
- TOLATA claims;
- General claims;
- Building/Surveyor disputes;
- Cease and Desist actions and injunctions;
- Contentious Probate (including inheritance act claims, disappointed beneficiaries, fraudulent wills, construction issues, contentious trusts).
Nieve enjoys assisting her team members with new enquiries to ensure clients are given correct information at the outset. Nieve has a passion for Litigation and thoroughly enjoys guiding clients through the litigation process and bringing matters to a reasonable conclusion.
Outside of work, you’ll find Nieve either hiking, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Muay Thai. Nieve enjoys keeping fit and active and spending time with her family and friends.
