Nikita is a dedicated Family Law Solicitor with extensive experience in supporting clients through legal challenges. Having qualified in 2018 after completing her law degree at the University of Reading and the Legal Practice Course at BPP University, Nikita has practised exclusively in Family Law. She has developed a particular expertise in complex children matters, including parental alienation, child arrangements disputes, and cases involving allegations of abuse.
Her work includes resolving difficult matters such as disputes over where a child should live and the amount of contact they should have with each parent. Nikita has significant experience dealing with high-conflict cases, including issues in relation to mental health, substance misuse, and other factors affecting the child’s welfare.
Her experience also covers matrimonial matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.

Amina joined Franklins Solicitors in 2022 and is LLB qualified (2018) after studying at Hertfordshire University. She is also LPC/LLM qualified (2019). Amina has had Private Client experience for 2 years in total.
She is a specialist in Freehold and Leasehold Transactions, Compliance, AML and is comfortable meeting clients.

Mandip Bhachu LLM, LLB (Hons) is a Senior Solicitor in the Family Law team, based in Milton Keynes. She is a Resolution Accredited specialist solicitor in family finance and children. She is also a Trained Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer. With 25 years’ experience in family law, she joins the team with expertise in:

Since he joined Franklins Solicitors in 2017, David has gained experience across four disciplines in law. He started his career in Commercial Property and has since gained experience in Litigation, Residential Property and Family Law. David is a keen reader and avid film fan, he enjoys running and kickboxing and watching Rugby.
Simon is the Firm’s Managing Partner, having succeeded Michael Franklin (one of the co-founders of the Firm) following Michael’s retirement. Simon attended Coventry University, graduating with a degree in Law and then undertook his Law Society examinations at Chancery Lane in London. He joined the firm in 1988 and qualified as a solicitor in 1990.
Simon became a partner with Franklins in 1993 specialising at that time in all aspects of commercial and corporate law. This has placed him in a strong position to offer family law advice in disputes involving privately owned companies.
Working closely with the Franklins Business Services team, Simon has developed the firm’s commercial and corporate offering in to one of the most highly regarded locally, acting for owner managed businesses through to large corporate organisations. In addition, Simon oversees our relationship with a number of banking institutions for whom the firm regularly acts.
As Managing Partner, Simon works closely alongside the Chief Financial Officer, Alison Gee, in developing the strategy for the continued development of the firm.
