Rosie completed her LLB at the University of Liverpool and went on to complete her LPC/LLM at the University of Law in 2024. She has joined Franklins in 2025, having previously worked at other local practices.

Outside of work, Rosie is a devoted foodie and an avid runner who enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Melita graduated from Birmingham City University with a 2:1 Law with Business LLB degree and has recently completed her Legal Practice Course with an aim to become a Qualified Solicitor.

During the first seat in New Homes, Melita dealt with a variety of conveyancing procedures on sale and purchases from commencement to completion. Helping transactions to progress well by maintaining contact with clients, Solicitors, Developers, Estate Agents, Mortgage Advisors, and other parties. Following completion of the first seat of the training contract, Melita moved onto her second seat in Litigation and Dispute Resolution Services which will include a range of civil and commercial matters. Melita has returned to New Homes to complete her last seat of the training contract.

Outside of work Melita enjoys travelling to new countries exploring the world, a bit of retail therapy and going to the gym.

Kris has worked in conveyancing for nearly 30 years. During this time he has seen many changes in the conveyancing process but has always believed that client care is of the highest priority. Every client should receive a professional and understanding service to make moving home memorable for the right reasons.

Kris’ property work focuses on New Homes and his clients include buyers with existing properties looking to move on, first time buyers and Landlords.

Outside of work Kris is a keen golfer and enjoys travelling.
