    Conflict in the workplace is best dealt with quickly and with the co-operation of those involved. It is in everyone’s best interests to resolve a dispute and improve the working atmosphere, which can impact upon the wider team.

    If you are an employee and would like to mediate, we can provide the information for you to hand to your employer if they do not already have a mediation policy.

    Mediation is confidential. Even if the employer is meeting the costs of the mediation, the conversations and even the outcome can be kept completely confidential unless the parties involved agree for the details (or the outcome) to be disclosed to the employer.
