Robyn Jefferies

Robyn studied at the University of Huddersfield, undertaking a masters of law and practice, combining the traditional LLB law degree and the LPC in one.

On completing her training contract at a regional firm in Northampton, she qualified as a solicitor in April 2019.

Robyn started her NQ life in corporate law at Franklins, before having her little boy and moving to a top 100 law firm in Oxford.

Areas of law Robyn deals with:
• Successfully undertaken both lead and supporting roles in high-stakes M&A transactions, including complex buy-and-build strategies and multi-million-pound acquisitions.
• Extensive experience in corporate matters such as buybacks, share structuring, succession planning, and ongoing constitutional, equity, and corporate support.
• Specialist knowledge in partnerships, particularly family farming partnerships.
• Recognised for building strong client relationships and serving as the first point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Frequently consulted by clients when considering their next strategic move.

Outside of work, Robyn explores Switzerland’s mountains, lakes and hidden trails with her family all while plotting her next attempt at the legendary Devizes to Westminster race.
